Excellent experience

I am extremely disappointed with the Cypress, TX location. After servicing my car, they allowed me to drive from Houston to San Antonio in an unsafe vehicle. I’ve owned my car for 10 years and immediately knew something wasn’t right. A San Antonio location later informed me I could not drive back to Houston because one wheel stud was broken, another was free-spinning, and a third was crooked. I had to get a rental car to return home, pay for Uber, gas, and now take time off work to retrieve my vehicle. This completely ruined my weekend and, more importantly, put me in a dangerous situation. Unacceptable and incredibly stressful experience

Salesperson wasn't knowledgeable and contradicted what he originally told me about my car. I was not told they replaced one of my front tires with a comparable brand when a back tire was not put in it's place like originally discussed since I had bought two new tires.

I called on a Thursday to get an appointment for Friday. I spoke with Jake. He mentioned that I could come that evening because it was a little slower and my wait time would be shorter. I had just had a massive car repair bill and I desperately needed new tires in the front (probably needed 4 if I’m being honest). Jake knew what he was recommending to me and even made a recommendation to help me save a little money- AND I was able to get 4 new tires. I can’t tell you how much that is appreciated as a woman trying to do car things. So often, we are taken advantage of. Jake was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He even brought in one of my tires that was all wavy and uneven to show me why my car was shaky and loud. My tires were put on within 30 minutes and I was out the door, paying almost half the price I was fearing my tires would have cost me. This is why, time and time again, my family and I will return to Discount Tire. Jake gave exceptional service today, but I get great service every time I come in.
