New Tires and Wheel Store in Cypress, TX 77433

My experience using Discount Tire, Barker Cypress store, is ALWAYS satisfactory from beginning to end. Do not matter if you only need to check the tires or buying a full set, including the spare, or balancing or rotation or as little as checking the wiper blades. It's always a good experience. Ahhh they alway go the extra mile. Once, I needed to find a place for car inspection and decided to ask the service guy, and very kindly responded, this is your lucky day, there's one next to Discount Tire. So, that day I had everything in one place, tire service, car inspection and car wash.

Fixed the leaking valve stem okay, but now my TPM light won't go out. I'll be returning tomorrow to ask about it.

Great experience, helpful and good at what they do

I would definitely recommend the store to anyone. I walked in. I was immediately waited on. I was told how long it would be approximately then a gentleman came up to me about 20 minutes or so later and told me my car will be done in about 10 minutes then that same gentleman came to me with the car keys and told me I was all set.

I scheduled an appointment online to have 2 new tires balanced and mounted. I chose the first appointment of the day (8:00 a.m.), was taken immediately and was driving away in less than 30 minutes! My one concern is that I was told my 2 other tires were at 2/32 tire tread, when in fact they are not. Beware, and know before you go.

I go to the the Discount Tire store on Barker Cypress Rd in Cypress Texas. The staff is excellent. I had a problem with my lug nuts, the store resolved the problem with no extra cost. I recommend this store.
