Fast and easy experience.

I normally shop at another Discount store, but they only had 2 of the tires I wanted. This store had 4 of my tires. I got the same service I've come to expect with my normal store.

Joseph was great. He provided EXCELLENT SERVICE! I had a flat on my BMW and needed to be towed to the Denton, TX location (100 S Loop 288). Joseph met me at the door, quickly reviewed the driver side flat and got the vehicle right into the shop. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I even had them throw on new wipers. Typically one of those things I would do but honestly they have needed to be changed for weeks and I knew it was far easier just to have them done. I have not found any other tire company that comes close to the service, the clean waiting area and the general friendly atmosphere that Discount Tire provides. Employee in the front was nice knowledgeable but the employee that was supposed to inspect my tire was rude and refused two inspect my my tire was trying to sell me lug nuts i went to the next tire shop. They removed my tire inspected it repaired it No problem, no issue over lug nuts
