You want to find a place where it is obvious the employees like their job, go to discount tire. Never encountered an employee in a bad mood. Says a lot for the culture!

I booked a tire rotation on-line. I arrived 10 minutes early, and an agent began the assessment right on schedule. The job took 20 minutes to complete.

I was told the turn over was high and many people were in training. Also for the mistakes I was not offered anything in exchange for my time and resources of having to drive back to the store. I am looking to change tire provider co. I have been a customer for 20 years and get all my tires for vehicles and trailers their. DO BETTER!!!
