We were met the parking as we were getting out of our car. We explained what happened. He looked at the tire explained the wait time. They were polite, courteous & fast. That’s why we are repeat customers.

I had to wait over 2 hours after my appointment time to repair a tire only to watch many who arrived afterwards be serviced first. Asked several times when my car would be serviced to be told you are next in line twice. Then watched two other vehicles that arrived long after me be serviced. When I asked why was told they had appointments for 545 and 600. I then said we'll my appointment was at 445 only to be told sorry we overlooked your appointment. Car was then brought into the bay about 10 minutes later and serviced in 15 minutes. Two housr to repair a nail puncture is absolutely unacceptable and not what I expect from Discount Tire, especially when I had an appointment. Was offered free wiper blades for my troubles, which I thanked the manager and declined.
