Reggie was great

I called ahead of time and made an appointment but I arrived early and they had my service finished before my scheduled appointment! Great knowledge and even better service!

Michael and Reggie were very much willing to accommodate my request for newer (more recent manufacturing dates) than the ones they had received from their warehouse. Tires were provided and mounted in short order.

I booked my tire rotation online and arrived 40 minute early. Upon arrival I was immediately met and my truck was quickly taken into the shop. The rotation and balance were completed before my scheduled arrival time. Another great visit to a great company who clearly take care of their customers.

Joshua was a fantastic sales representative. He located a rebate and recommended appropriate replacement tires after Winston discovered a nail in my existing tires. Winston was also outstanding at putting air in my tires and finding the nail.

In conclusion, After purchasing 4 new tires, I had a wheel alignment service performed. While driving, the vehicle pulled to the right, so I had the alignment checked multiple times. I eventually visited the Toyota dealership for an checked, but they said there was no find any problem. Both locations mentioned tire issue defects. I subsequently replaced the first two tires I had purchased 4 tires. When the problem persisted, I replaced the remaining two tires. However, during the replacement, someone mistakenly replaced the two tires that had already been replaced instead of the original two that hadn't been changed yet. I discovered the mistake the next day. I returned to the Discount Tire shop and explained the situation, but they insisted that they had replaced the original two tires that hadn't been replaced yet. Without proof, I had no choice but to I leave. Despite the clear difference in condition between the original tires and the ones replaced just days earlier on the 26th—with obvious differences in dust and wear patterns—they insisted they had replaced the tires correctly. Even though the tires looked distinctly different and I could point out the exact location of the dart markings and minor scratches from driving, they insisted they had replaced the tires correctly.
