New Tires and Wheel Store in Katy, TX 77449

I asked for front balance tires after I rotated the tires myself and the handling became very strange immediately after the rotation. Discount Tire balanced the front tires as I requested but warned me that although the tires looked in good condition they were very old and described exactly the symptoms I was currently feeling (no vibration) so I decided to buy new tires immediately. Everything is good now.

As always with Discount Tires they’re always Professional and Knowledgeable when I visit or call. I’ve used Discount Tires at this location numerous times throughout the years on all my vehicles. The Main reason I chose Discount Tires; I travel out of state a lot and there’s a Discount Tires somewhere in my location if needed.

The employees are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Great product, also.

Store manager and staff went above and beyond to correct my online purchase, get my wheels unlocked, provide me a new set of wheel locks and get me out of the store in less than an hour. Great job.

My wife hit the curb and damaged both right tires. Kirk offered the mobile service, but had to order the tires. She was blocking the road, so she could not wait. Kirk gave her the name/number of a quality tow company. They got there quick and took the car straight to Discount Tire. Kirk had the tires installed a little later. He was very helpful.

My experience was specific to the mobile service that DT provides, which I only became aware of recently. It was a fantastic experience, the tech did a great job, and I highly recommend this service for someone who can’t make it into a DT store.
