I began using Discount Tire when I learned that they rotate, patch, and balance tires for free - even if you didn't buy them there. When I needed to purchase new tires, I chose Discount Tire for the convenience, courtesy, and complimentary services they offer. Unfortunately, they scratched all of the wheels on my car when I had new tires installed last week, but they agreed to have all of them repaired. Hopefully, they will be more careful in the future.

The salesman are very attentive, helpful, informative, and genuinely care about their customers. The service workers do a great job with installing tires, rotating tires, checking tire pressure.

They are always so helpful and efficient when I bring my car there! They are always hopping and never seem to get frustrated when I'm in with a family member's car; I tend to be quick to recommend them bc they are so friendly and professional!

At the moment I would not recommend them. Long wait times with an appointment, throwing people's things away and breaking keyfobs and not letting you know. I've traded with them for years on all of my vehicles, but I'm rethinking my next tire purchase at this point. Always loved them but it just seems to be getting a little worse each time. Saw other people really upset and some even leave while I was there on this visit.
