I’ve had two issues with this store 1. I had my car rim scratched during a tire patch repair. I called and explained the situation. I do understand there is risk working with machines but I had to call and tell the about it. 2. I have a recent experience with buying / ordering Coker tires through discount tire. I called and placed an order about a week and a half before a planed car show “. I was told it should be there before hand. Well…. It seems Coker dropped the ball and no one followed up with Coker. That following week I called discount tire and asked what is the status with my order. I was told it is still scheduled to come in. The next day, I called Coker tire to see what is happening. They said they had no order from discount tire and they would call that discount tire. Discount tire called me back a few mins later and told me Coker tire forgot to fill the order and they would try to over night it. Well…. That didn’t work and I end up missing my car show. Next time I’m going to ask for a tracking number and I’ll track it myself. I understand things happen but no one checked until I started calling.

Excellent service interaction. Kudos to the associate and the shop. I arrived at 7:45am for a 8:15 tire repair appointment (store opened at 8). I was seen first thing after the store opened. The tire was unrepairable, but was replaced via the certificate program, which I had purchased for all four tires when I originally bought them at this store. Replacement tire was of a similar brand and spec (original brand was no longer made). New certificate was a reasonable cost. Associate informed me that a couple other things needed attention: 1. spare tire probably needs replacement (spare is as old as the car... almost 9 years old now). 2. wiper blades needed replacement. I wasn't in a position to deal with these at the moment, but I was grateful for the info. There was no sales pressure for either. All told, I was in and out in under 30 minutes, which was appreciated because I was headed to an important appointment. Great job!

Had bought the tire contract right after buying my new car 6 months ago. One of my tires bubbled out. I got no support from BMW Austin being that I didn’t purchase tire and wheel from them. I showed them that the tires were still under manufacture warrenty, and their response was that I could submit a claim on my own, but they’d be happy to sell me a replacement tire and I could get reimbursed by Perrelli. I knew that I had bought the tire protection at Discount when I bought the car, so I went by there. No questions asked, they had a replacement tire there the next day. They installed it and I was on my way. I did purchase the tire protection for the replacement tire. This one replaced tire covered the original purchase for protection of all 4. I was very impressed by Discount Tire, and very disappointed with BMW Austin.
