This Discount Tire location has been, by far, the best tire store I have ever worked with. The entire process—from online ordering to tire installation—was smooth, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. The technicians did an excellent job not only installing my tires but also identifying an issue with one of my rims. They noticed that one of the rims was bent, something I was completely unaware of since I purchased the vehicle used. Although detecting rim damage was not part of the tire installation service, they took the time to inspect it, inform me of the issue, and explain its potential impact. I truly appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer safety. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to provide outstanding service.

I set an appointment to speed things up . my car was there almost 3 hours. After installing tires I noticed they had denting and chipped my driver side door. No apologies or anything. Manager was very unprofessional handling the situation l. Said filed a claim would here back within 48 hour. It’s been 10 days nothing. Then I drove home and noticed they installed the wrong tires! Absolute nightmare!! I had to take a day off again to go back to get replaced. Then they tried to hit me up for more money saying they were actually more expensive Wow
