My experience coming to this location was the best decision I made because there were three kind gentleman who helped me out with my car repairs on my tires and wipers that needed to be replaced because I had 6 year old tires which I didn’t know. Isaiah, Pedro and Jovany were all very knowledgeable, patient and kindhearted people who were willing and able to help me with my car repairs. I appreciate them and would like them to be recognized by the Discount Tire Company. Thank you all for an outstanding job that you love and do everyday to help and take care of your customers. Fast easy great service

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Discount Tire that felt more like a bait-and-switch scam than a professional tire service. I ordered and paid for a specific set of tires online — confirmed, paid in full, and scheduled for installation. When I arrived, suddenly they “couldn’t find” the tires I had purchased. Instead of offering a solution or apologizing, the staff immediately tried to upsell me on a more expensive set, insisting I “might as well upgrade” since the ones I ordered were “unavailable.” I asked for a refund — which, let’s be honest, I had every right to do. And then, magically, the tires I originally bought suddenly appeared. How convenient. This wasn’t a misunderstanding. It was a transparent attempt to pressure me into spending more money. If I hadn’t pushed back and demanded my money back, they clearly would’ve gone right ahead with the upsell. This is dishonest, unprofessional, and frankly
