Everything here is done with a sense of pride and professionalism. I love the attention to detail and the "no cutting corners" attitude. No car is backed out of the bay without a spotter clearing the way. Every. Time. That kind of discipline indicates a culture where doing things right is ingrained into every action, and that gives me great confidence as a customer. They give you the facts about your tires, recommendations, and options without ever hard selling any products or services. I love the fact I can go in there and have my tires checked or repaired without being charged. I'm also a big fan of the nationwide system and knowing I can go into any Discount Tire anywhere and have my warranty honored if the need arises. I've been going for years and have never had a negative experience.

bought new tires , supposably had the TPMS sensors rebuilt. 1 was different from the 4 they rebuilt. and that one was not working caused a light to come on in the car. went back and they told me they would have to replace it because it was bad. when i asked them why is this one different than the other 3 he said because it must of been changed . NO the car had these sensors from the dealership when it was new. i call this bait and switch to get me to come back in and buy new sensors. all they had to do was tell me the sensors were over 5 years old and i would of had them replaced right there and then with the new tires.
