No car is backed out of the bay without a spotter clearing the way. Every. Time. They give you the facts about your tires, recommendations, and options without ever hard selling any products or services. I love the fact I can go in there and have my tires checked or repaired without being charged. I'm also a big fan of the nationwide system and knowing I can go into any Discount Tire anywhere and have my warranty honored if the need arises. I've been going for years and have never had a negative experience.
