San Marco store was great in and out in 30 minutes and the team was friendly.

My service experience at Discount Tire was mostly positive. I scheduled 8:15 appointment to have a flat tire repaired. I arrived at 7:50 am and had to wait through 5 customers ahead of me. Discount Tire no longer has the appointment service desk, so you’ll have to wait in line even if you’re on time for your appointment. Makes no sense to complete the online scheduling appointment. When my flat repair was completed I received a text indicating it was ready (even though I told the service guy I would wait in store). Again I wait in line to talk to a service person, so I could pickup my tire. I’m the only person waiting while other service people are helping customers. I’m 3 feet from a service guy standing at his computer looking at paperwork, while other service people acknowledge there’s a wait , he completely ignores me. After about a good 15 minutes a service person got my tire and loaded it onto my truck, which took about less than 5 minutes. After he loaded my tire l look across and the blind service guy from earlier was helping a female customer outside. I didn’t get his name nor do I need to know it. But when I go back to this service center I’ll be sure to pass on him and move on to another service person.

Sales person tried to take advantage of a college student by not being honest & trying to sell her a more expensive tire even after she showed him a picture & gave him the make, model & tire size. It wasn’t until she informed him that she would come back when the tires were in stock. It was at that point that he informed her that he had a cheaper tires & he pulled up the tire she initially inquired about. This location is in a college town, please don’t try & take advantage of young college students who have no knowledge of purchasing tires.

ZERO Stars liars and very bad business ethics, If you like getting lied to and sold unnecessary lug nuts and being told that your 13 month old tires with less than 12,000 miles need replaced right away. And watching them kick your car, and treating you like you’re stupid, worst experience ever. I would not recommend this place at all.
