I was very satisfied with my first visit to this location.

Great place to get your tires and great service always!!!

I get emails to check my tires and the last two times Chris was there. He identified problems showed me and clearly explained the problem and suggested fixes. He got me in and got it done in the time frame I had and I am so greatful for his knowledge and education on tire issues and tread . He cares enough to recognize me and greats me as well. Above and beyond in customer care

The employees are great in all areas of customer service and products. I’ve exclusively used discount tires for over 30 years.

Tyler is one of the best representatives Discount Tire has. He makes a person feel seen and welcomed. He is very customer service friendly, understanding, kind, listens and hears a person, and detail oriented. I am a repeat customer for over 25 years. Discount Tires is the best and it is my hope that they take good care of their employees, who make all the difference.

Amazing fast service

Chris is a great manager and he should be the Head guy there , actually the whole store is amazing I have been coming here for 5 years now and have bought over 60 sets of tires for my work trucks and vehicles. Great store

I was in a real bind. I had to drive from Dallas to Houston, and due to my mother who requires care, I had to get back, but I couldn't drive on a spare. The other 2 Discount Tire stores had no availability until the next day. The one on Hampton Rd. fit me in and did a terrific job. Helped me out tremendously- thanks!!!!!!

Visit Chris at the Aldine Westfield location. He was great. I got new tires and windshield wipers and was in and out in about 30 minutes. I had ordered the tires the day before and made an appointment. When I walked in, Chris greeted by name and took my car back immediately. Go see him!

Knowledgeable, efficient and friendly employees! Work always completed in a timely way. I would never go anywhere else for tires!
