New Tires and Wheel Store in Spring, TX 77379

Made an appointment before I arrived. It didn't matter. They took walk in customer vehicles ahead of my vehicle so it didn't matter if I had an appointmemt. Very disappointing! I've never had to wait when I made an appointment at other Discount Store locations. My vehicle was taken right in for service.

Although my mother brought the car in, he did go online and make an appointment but she got there 45 minutes and she's walking with a cane not what I was hoping for. I booked it for a reason so she wouldn't have to wait in pain, but thanks to y'all she didn't

Here’s a note you can use to express your concerns clearly and professionally: --- I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I’ve received during my last two visits to your Discount Tire location. Unfortunately, both visits have resulted in issues with my vehicle after leaving the store. Most recently, I discovered that my wheel cover was missing. Upon returning to the store, I found out it had been broken and was still in the tire bay. What’s troubling is that I received no phone call or text notifying me of this issue once it was discovered. The manager assured me that a replacement would be ordered, but I have yet to receive any updates since I left the store on Saturday. This marks the second time in as many visits that I’ve encountered problems, and I’m very disappointed in the quality of service provided. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly and that steps will be taken to improve communication and accountability moving forward. Sincerely, Mike

Tyler helped me purchase a new spare and fix a tire experiencing tread separation. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. I would highly recommend having Tyler and the rest of the crew at Discount Tire take care of your care and tire needs!!!

I've been doing business with Discount Tire for many yrs and always have been satisfied with the service provided. My only disappointment is when they canceled my credit card due to my ex wife's overloading my credit with other expenses.
