Most of the service was excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was helped right away and the staff was attentive throughout my wait. The problem? The wait itself. Even though I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM (and I arrived at 10:56 AM), they didn’t start working on my car until 12:00 PM—an entire hour later. I don’t understand the point of making an appointment if you’re going to be treated like a walk-in anyway. Everything else was exceptional, but I ended up losing a big part of my day—3 hours and 45 minutes in total.

Discount Tire has always been good to me, I really appreciate the fast and friendly service. I do wish my new tires came clean and shiny, instead of dirty and badly in need of the car wash. They definitely weren’t cheap, it would be nice if they looked like it.

Please go back to manual tread depth gauges. Those little tire scanners are not accurate
