Service is always top quality at discount tire stores , this stands true for several stores I have been to throughout Texas

The service started even before the “official” open hours. The service was quick and welm done. Will only use Discount Tire for tires in the future.

The employees were very knowledgeable and professional. I purchased 4 tires and an alignment on my 2014 Ford F150. I presented them with a quote from a competitor and they matched it without any hesitation. I am very pleased with the sales and service I received. My truck drives better that brand new.

Associate and all personnel were so efficient in getting my tires done. I have always had top notch service at the Tomball store.

It was busy but my car and I were only there for 40 - 45 minutes to get 4 brand new tires installed. I've always used Discount Tire, but this time it was a way shorter wait time. These guys are on top of their game!

I had an appointment and walked into the store with no one at the counter. I waited for 7 minutes past my appointment time before someone came to help me. I've been to several discount tires, and this is by far the worst one I've ever been to. Noah completly dismissed me when I had a question about why my vehicle was driven right past me to the back of the store. I asked him several questions and he wouldn't even look me in the eye. The store got very quiet while people watched the disrespect by noah. Another employee finally intervened and handed me my keys. I had just spent $1200 on a new set of tires. Apparently that doesn't seem to matter to your staff. I was dismissed, ignored, disrespected and treated like crap. I will never go back to this location again. You need to train your employees better. 3 weeks before this happened, I brought a different car in to have the tires looked at. Your employee did not install my hubcap on properly, and it fell off. Where the store did order me a new one, they said they would call me when it arrived and told me 2 days. 13 days later I went in and they had the hubcap. Poor customer service at this location.

I’m sick and tired of the trash experiences that that I have as a woman who’s not knowledgeable on cars and tires I find it absolutely disgusting that I’ve been taking advantage of. Lied to up sold and misappropriated. I’ll get my tires elsewhere from now on even if it’s from some hole in the wall as long as they are honest.
