I made an appointment online & was greeted by an employee before I stepped into the store. They used a handheld device to check the alignment and tire tread, which impressed me because it wasn’t a subjective employees opinion driving the needed alignment. The store is clean and bright, and the waiting time was short. I will definitely be coming back to discount tire in AF 10/10

No charge for tire repair. Ran over a large bolt but they were still able to patch it. The tires were originally purchased at this location.

They are a professional, friendly, and honest crew. I buy tires for the four cars we own from Discount Tires, and their prices are always competitive and stock availability is great.

I asked to keep 2 of my tires (they didn't need to be replaced yet). They said they would be put in my trunk. They weren't. When I asked for them, they went to get them, but then returned without them and told me the recycle truck already came and my tires were gone. That's roughly $200 worth of used tires you threw away and didn't compensate me for.
