The manager Brandon is excellent on making sure that you get the best tires you can afford and that you get in and out without a hassle. He has a very clean store, available seating and water. He goes out of the way to insure that you are very satisfied. Brandon listens to what is important to you and shows you many types of tires. Very friendly knowledgeable staff that are all positive, upbeat and truly understand what customer service is. My experience top to bottom was amazing here. Every employee I interacted with on the phone or in the store was polite and helpful! They know their stuff and make sure to give you what you need without the runaround of trying to sell more than you’re after. I will absolutely be back here and would recommend them to anyone!

I requested a certain tire dimension and the tires that were put on my car were not what I asked for. I addressed it with management and he quoted me sizes that weren’t an option. I felt like I was stuck with the size tire that they put on. I selected from an additional size from the chart and he continued to direct me to keep what they put on. I have purchased tires from Discount Tire for 4 other vehicles and recommend them to friends and family. This was not the location that provided the quality experience I’m used to receiving.
