New Tires and Wheel Store in Murray, UT 84107

I went in to this Discount Tire to have tires dismounted from a set of wheels and mounted onto the wheels of my 2017 Subaru BRZ, and also for an all-wheel alignment. The guys were great, I parked right out front and Bridger came outside and immediately greeted me before I had even made it to the front door. I told him exactly what I wanted and he gave me the overview of the service they would provide and then checked me in and took the keys. I had accidentally left my lug nut key at home and the car had already been pulled into the bay, but it was no problem, they pulled the car out and parked it aside while I went with my ride to get the key. When we came back they got started right on it, they had also inspected the wiper blades (which I know were absolutely busted) and offered to replace those during the tire service. My friend and I went for some lunch and errands, I had heard that the service here can be a little slow, but we came during the middle of a weekday, around 2:00 on a Thursday, and within one hour I got a text saying the car was done. Since I had anticipated a little more of a wait we came back a little later, but Bridger was right there to get us checked out and personally went over a recap of the service to make sure it was to my satisfaction. The work was done flawlessly, Bridger showed me the alignment test from before and after and had also installed the wipers like we agreed. Having worked at a Subaru dealership, I can attest that the service for the value and cost was excellent, and I would definitely return for tire work again in the future.

I stopped by to replace all 4 tires. They were able to get me in the queue and had a nice area to wait. I waited for about 3 hours but that was because there were about 10-15 people before me. It seemed like each person that was before me was taken care of within 15-30 minutes.
