I was able to shop online, select the Tires I wanted, and scheduled and appointment. when I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a technician. He took my keys and in about 15 minutes he returned to tell my front wipers were good, my back wiper showed some ware. I didn't need wipers yet. There was no pressure, he said thanks and continued to put on my tires. I had some issued that needed additional care that could be provided by Discount Tire and I was recommended where to go. Overall, the experience was very good. I took my car where it was recommended and experienced good service there as well. I love it when I can handle most of the sales business online.

I arrived at the store where I made the appointment via the website. The tires which I pre ordered (on the website) were installed. I was immediately greeted (with a sign with my name on it!) I was in and out in about 40 minutes.

BEST Customer Service I've received from anywhere in a long time!

This store is clean, has plenty of parking, and is easy to get to! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Cory who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I had a bolt in my tire and he got me in and out and on my way so fast! Less than 20 minutes! I went to a Big O that was closer to my house, waste of time, after waiting forever for a parking spot, then waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence, they turned me away and said they couldn’t help me because they were too busy, he’d have to get approval for overtime, and told me to drive to another one of their store location. I was so mad that I even attempted to go there! I immediately drove down to Discount Tire and it was a complete night and day difference! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else! Discount Tire is hands down, no comparison, the absolute best! I highly recommend this store and the staff!

Hit up Gabriel Gomez Sanchez! Saved me $$$$$ on my tires. It's how you wish most major corporations operated. Feels like a small town store that knows you and has your back, but it's really a massive nationwide entity with access to just about any tire lightning fast. Love it!!

I've been dealing with Discount since "92" and have always found my I have found the experience to be satisfactory . Only one time I had a bad experience, and that was corrected. I have 5 vehicles and several of my kids that have bought tires and appreciated them dealing with me in an expedient and cost saving approach .

I gave 10 stars all around—not just to be nice, but because it’s truly well deserved. Dallyn was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. In fact, every interaction I've had with your staff in the past has been just as excellent. You consistently deliver great service!
