New Tires and Wheel Store in Henrico, VA 23228

The first time I went to Discount Tire it was because there was a nail in one of my tires. My tires hadn't even been purchased at Discount Tire, but they repaired the puncture for free. I was so impressed I went back when I needed new tires. Recently I brought my car in to have the tires rotated. They let me know that my front tires needed to be replaced and they were still under warranty. I paid a fraction of what the tires cost, and they threw in new wiper blades for free!

Very professional and the wait time was acceptable. Notifications were excellent which keep you informed regarding the status and completion of the work being done. The pricing was reasonable as well. Thank you.

I hope some of my answers don’t give the wrong idea. I waited about 10 minutes to be checked in, for an appointment expected to last about an hour (shop was crazy busy on a Friday afternoon, but smooth running with a smile). Due to the store’s location, there were other shops that I visited instead of waiting in the store. I have no complaints about the overall times, and the work was completed just about exactly when they estimated. That out of the way, WOW. The entire experience was exceptional. I was lucky enough to benefit from your price match program (also super easy and shockingly fast). Staff were great, front and back of shop, friendly and helpful. Discount Tire is going to be my go-to tire place. I hope it’s not soon, but I’ll for sure be coming back.

Amazing experience. I actually am just a girl and had no idea what I was doing to be honest. I even had the wrong lug nuts on my car which they informed me is dangerous. They fixed me right on up with 4 new tires and the correct lugnuts.

Whenever I visit Discount Tire, I always have a very pleasant experience.

I consider myself a regular patron at this store now because of the staffs professionalism, and efficiency in getting me checked in, processed and out the door in a timely manner.

Always a great experience. One caution: Be careful using your earbuds. I had mine in and missed the associate calling my name, and ended up sitting for a very long time.
