If you made an appointment, let us know you’re here by following the link we sent you via text.

Enter the lobby and wait for one of our tire experts to assist you. Weather depending, there may be a check-in table or booth outside to greet you.

Our tire expert will then walk to your vehicle with you to examine your tires and talk about your options for service and/or replacement.

Yes, our staff will stay until the last car is finished. If the service requires more time or materials (such as a tire order), we will schedule an appointment or finish ASAP to complete it.

Discount Tire does offer walk-in tire repair and replacement (pending available stock). If you are in sudden need of a new tire, park if you can safely drive to our location, walk in, and we’ll get you taken care of.

Our Certificates for Repair, Refund, or Replacement are perfect for these emergency situations!

If we are currently closed, you may drop off your vehicle in our parking lot and come in the next business day (see our store hours). Just leave us a voice mail to let us know!

It does this using an advanced search algorithm based on rigorous third party testing data, manufacturer specifications, and real-world performance results.

Tire installation can take between 30 to 60 minutes from the time your car rolls into a service bay. This includes ensuring your new tires are properly fitted, mounted, and balanced.

If you add extra services, such as a wheel alignment, it will add additional time.

Yes! Discount Tire offers free air checks to all guests during normal store hours.

Here’s how it works:

1. Stay in your vehicle and follow the signs for “Free Air Check”
2. Our team will inspect your tires’ air pressure and treadwear
3. We’ll adjust the tires to the proper psi
4. We’ll quickly speak with you about the health of your tires

Yes, we offer a 5% military discount for active military, veterans, and reserves using ID.me to verify your service.

It offers peace of mind for when disaster strikes, such as unexpected flats, tire failure (blowout), and tire damage like cuts, bubbles, cracks, and other issues.

If your tire becomes damaged due to road hazards, manufacturer defects, or other non-repairable damage and if we can’t safely repair it, then we’ll provide you with a free tire replacement of equal value or a full refund.

Plus, there is no proration, no mileage adjustment, and no disqualification for any reason.

You can add Certificates in your cart while you’re tire shopping.

If you’re not yet ready to add Certificates to your tire purchase, you have 30 days from the date you buy your tires to add them. Visit your local Discount Tire store or give us a call and we’ll get you taken care of.

Certificates can be redeemed for tires that are damaged due to non-repairable road hazard or manufacturer defect, have more than 3/32’’ of tread depth, and are within 3 years of purchase date.

Some Discount Tire stores carry and sell used tires, especially lightly used original equipment (OE) tires. We do not typically recommend used tires unless absolutely necessary.

Discount Tire accepts cash, major credit and debit cards including Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and the Discount Tire credit card, plus PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

We offer financing through our Discount Tire credit card and Affirm Payments.

Yes, Discount Tire offers two forms of financing: our credit card and Affirm Payments (buy now, pay later).

Promotional financing for our credit card is available for 6, 9, or 12 months on qualifying purchases.
