Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady 2

Choose the Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady 2 245/50R20 102V SL VSB, an all-weather touring tire built for drivers who want confident traction in dry weather, rain, cold temperatures, and snow. This 245/50R20 Assurance WeatherReady 2 is a popular fitment for select Toyota Highlander, Hyundai Palisade, Kia Telluride, Ford Edge, Lincoln Nautilus, Honda Passport models, plus similar sedans, crossovers, SUVs, EVs, and passenger vehicles using 20-inch wheels.

Best for: sedans, crossovers, SUVs, and EV fitments that need balanced dry, wet, and snowy-weather performance on touring sedans, compact crossovers, and passenger cars, especially in a 245/50R20 size with 102V SL capability.

Why choose the Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady 2 in 245/50R20?

  • Built for touring sedans, compact crossovers, sporty cars, and everyday passenger vehicles: The 102V SL service description suits standard-load applications that prioritize ride comfort, predictable handling, and everyday touring use.

  • All-weather tread compound: The Assurance WeatherReady 2 is designed to adapt to year-round temperatures and changing road conditions, making it a strong choice for drivers who want one tire for multiple seasons.

  • Severe-winter-rated confidence: Its three peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) designation indicates performance capability in severe winter conditions while still keeping the everyday comfort expected from a touring tire.

  • Wet-road control: AquaTred Technology and Evolving Traction Grooves help sweep water away from the contact patch and displace water through the life of the tire to support control in rain.

  • Tread-life visibility: Goodyear's integrated Wear Gauge helps drivers monitor tread depth over time, and this line is backed by a 60,000-mile treadwear warranty and Goodyear's 60-day satisfaction guarantee.

The Continental tires for my xt4 are super stiff and only last 30k miles. The Goodyears are the opposite. They are rated for 65k miles and make my xt4 ride like a soft Buick. Really they have been a good tire.
