Outfit your vehicle with the Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady 2 235/50R21 101W SL VSB, an all-weather touring tire built for drivers who want confident traction in dry weather, rain, cold temperatures, and snow. This 235/50R21 Assurance WeatherReady 2 is a popular fitment for select Lexus RX, Hyundai Santa Fe, Genesis GV70, Ford Edge, Lincoln Nautilus, Tesla Model Y models, plus similar sedans, crossovers, SUVs, EVs, and passenger vehicles using 21-inch wheels.

Best for: sedans, crossovers, SUVs, and EV fitments that need balanced dry, wet, and snowy-weather performance on larger-wheel SUVs, premium crossovers, and EVs, especially in a 235/50R21 size with 101W SL capability.

Why choose the Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady 2 in 235/50R21?

  • Built for touring sedans, compact crossovers, sporty cars, and everyday passenger vehicles: The 101W SL service description suits standard-load applications that prioritize ride comfort, predictable handling, and everyday touring use.

  • All-weather tread compound: The Assurance WeatherReady 2 is designed to adapt to year-round temperatures and changing road conditions, making it a strong choice for drivers who want one tire for multiple seasons.

  • Severe-winter-rated confidence: Its three peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) designation indicates performance capability in severe winter conditions while still keeping the everyday comfort expected from a touring tire.

  • Wet-road control: AquaTred Technology and Evolving Traction Grooves help sweep water away from the contact patch and displace water through the life of the tire to support control in rain.

  • Tread-life visibility: Goodyear's integrated Wear Gauge helps drivers monitor tread depth over time, and this line is backed by a 60,000-mile treadwear warranty and Goodyear's 60-day satisfaction guarantee.

I live in a rural area that receives heavy snowfall and these tires perform exceptionally well in this environment. I have and will continue to recommend them.

Its my belief that Goodyear advanced this tread type ie:(like Michelin Crossclimate). We only have less than 6K miles on them in mostly dry without any issues. At this stage, i will update when we have a chance to drive in snow/ice. The only comment to that really isn’t a complaint, but i did pickup a faint noise from this tread design vs the OE tires which were more for A/S smooth riding by design. RH-Tx

I feel that these are every bit as good as the Michelin equivalents.
