Terms and Conditions - Arkansas Specific Disclosures:

Any reference in this document or elsewhere referencing a waste tire fee shall and is intended to include Arkansas' "rim removal fee" and that phrase shall be substituted for "waste tire fee" as applicable.

Rim removal fee

Beginning on January 1, 2018, there shall be imposed a rim removal fee upon the transaction of removing a tire from a rim that is related to the sale of a replacement tire.

The rim removal fee shall be imposed at the rate of three dollars ($ 3.00) for each new tire that replaces a tire removed from a rim and one dollar ($ 1.00) for each used tire that replaces the tire removed from the rim.

Motor Vehicle Service Contracts

Motor vehicle service contracts must contain the following disclosures in a conspicuous and readable manner:

The name and address of the:

(A) Motor vehicle service contract provider (DT) and the service contract holder (YOU); or

(B) Warrantor and the warranty holder;

The total retail price of the motor vehicle service contract is _______.

The following procedures apply to making a claim under the motor vehicle service contract: _________________________.

Your deductible under the motor vehicle service contract [if any] is _________.

This motor vehicle service contract covers the following parts and components: ____________.

The terms, conditions, and restrictions governing transferability of this motor vehicle service contract are as follows: ___________________.

Termination of this motor vehicle service contract and any related refunds is governed under § 4-90-507; and

The purchase of the motor vehicle service contract is not required in order to purchase or obtain financing for a motor vehicle.
