THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE GOODS IS WITH THE BUYER.

If it is necessary to perform "teardown" work before preparing an estimate, DT will give you an estimate of the teardown, required parts and reassembly. DT will also have you approve any potential that the teardown may do permanent damage. DT will provide you with the estimated time to perform the teardown.

If you cancel a diagnostic, evaluation or repair order, you may be charged for the cost of teardown, the cost of parts and labor to replace items that were destroyed by teardown, and the cost to reassemble the component or the vehicle.

You are entitled to a written estimate for all repairs. Any waste disposal fee will also be included. No charge will be assessed for amounts over the estimate unless you agree orally or in writing to such overages. If you agree orally, DT will note the date, time, name of person, phone number, the specification of additional labor and parts and the total additional cost on the estimate. You must sign or initial a statement on the invoice stating: "I acknowledge notice and oral approval of an increase in the original estimated price."

If another person is authorized to consent to increases, that must be stated on the original estimate and initialed by customer as follows:
