If you cancel a diagnostic, evaluation or repair order, you may be charged for the cost of teardown, the cost of parts and labor to replace items that were destroyed by teardown, and the cost to reassemble the component or the vehicle.

You are entitled to a written estimate for all repairs that will exceed $100.00. Accordingly, you will be requested, prior to DT performing any work, to complete the following:

This estimate includes or may include a charge for shop supplies and/or waste disposal. This charge represents costs and profits to the motor vehicle repair facility for miscellaneous shop supplies or waste disposal.
