The staff was extremely knowledgeable and let us know of any other issues they found right away. They all had great customer service, as well as letting us know how much longer, any issues they found as well as being very professional. They had our tires changed in about 15 mins and us check out before my vehicle was out of the garage. We highly recommend this location due to the friendliness, professionalism; and great customer service

Really great stores, I’ve been a discount customer for 17 years in several cities and states, also used other tire shops but I’ve always been impressed with Discount Tire. This particular store has the best service that I’ve experienced. They won’t steer you wrong or try to sell you things you either don’t need or aren’t interested in, no push, just informative and helpful.

Something has changed at Discount Tire. The crew who was supposed to balance and rotate my tires did sloppy, and incomplete work like nothing I have ever experienced at Discount Tires.

Once the decision was made by TD to Not honor your warranty, the whole attitude of the experience deteriorated. In the future, I'll take my business to a more reputable business.

In a world where professionalism seems to be waning, I very much enjoy seeing a business ran with efficiency and care. I have always been attended as though every effort was made to take care of me, not just get the job done. Careful attention to detail is observed by your customers, and is always appreciated. Another time, another place, an elderly lady had more need than she had resources. The store made sure she was attended. They did not let her drive off in unsafe conditions. I am a witness of that situation. Discount Tire has had my business before and since then, because I can trust the ethos there.

This is a very nice store with great customer support. I would also like to recognize the comfort of the wait area. It is very nice to be able to be comfortable while waiting.
