Mike was wonderful to work with. I was away from home, and he helped me work through a challenging set of circumstances to get me on the road prior to approaching storms. The customer service that I witnessed, during my wait, by Mike and his crew was first rate. They treated every with kindness and courtesy and did their best to resolve everyone's tire needs as quickly as possible.

Great, fast and friendly service. These guys destroyed the qouted time! He said maybe 30 min, I barely had time to sit! 15 minutes, if that at all! I work graveyard so this was absolutely fantastic!

Overall experience was good! Wait time ended up being less than quotes, and I now have peace of mind knowing I have new tires and lug nuts. I also ended up saving some money at Discount Tire compared to what another car shop quoted me for all new tires. Upon check-in, I did wait several minutes for an employee to acknowledge me, but they were busy as well. Sean was very kind and helpful in explaining the need for new lug nuts. He was also very communicative, which I appreciated!
