I talked to the manager, Jacob on the phone and he beat the Costco price. He had my tires in stock and put me in line for installation. I arrived at the time of installation, the tires were inspected and the new tires were put on. The installer came in and cheerfully greeted me, explained all he had done and had brought the vehicle up for me to leave. Jacob was incredibly professional and said “They’re there to do whatever it takes to make customers happy” and he meant it. I was extremely impressed by him and his team.

The customer service was outstanding. I purchased tires over the phone from 1500 miles away. A friend took the car in for the tires and was seen immediately. Drove out in less than an hour. Gave me peace of mind knowing that he was driving on safe tires.
