This is the store nearest me and I have been going here for quite a while and have never been disappointed in the quality of service and the friendliness of the staff

Customer service was awesome!

I spoke with two individuals, Mr. J and Mr. Vega both were friendly professional and knowledgeable for the service that I needed. The warranty was explained to me. The price quote was given to me twice to make sure I understood what the amount would be. I had a choice to pay before or after services were rendered I’ve been coming to that store for years never had a problem.

I was treated like a person here and not just like a sale or a quota. I appreciate Greg and the time he took me to educate me about the wear on my tires and offered me a solution that would fit my needs and my budget. He was very patient and very friendly even remembering to call me by my first name! I appreciate all of the stuff there. The technician even came in and explained to me the results on my alignment. In the end, I got a set of four tires, all covered by insurance, and alignment, and I can take it back every 5000 miles for a rotation! I feel like a winner and even more this location has won me over as a customer forever. The service didn’t take too long even though it was a full house. Don’t forget to ask for Greg when you visit this location. You won’t be disappointed.

Dropped off car at 8 am. Returned close to 5 and it was not ready. I had a flat and y’all had to order the tire from another store. Got a call around 3 that the tire came in, yet when I get there my car isn’t ready. I was asked, “were we supposed to do something to your car?!” Ummm…yeah, when a tire is delivered to your store for a car with a flat, it’s common sense that it needs to be put on the car! Then I was told it was a “miscommunication” and they’d just realized the tire needed to me changed. I said, “no, that was established at 8 am when I dropped the car off.” I hate it when people make excuses and don’t take accountability by saying, “we screwed up. We will fix this asap. Here’s a coupon for x amount off a tire…” SOMETHING to indicate y’all actually feel bad for being incompetent and wasting my time!! You all don’t value your customers and perhaps don’t realize we have other options. I’ll never return to this location again because y’all also screwed up the last time I left my car there.
