New Tires and Wheel Store in Birmingham, AL 352

Great experience!

Sam, Zach, and Zachery were great. They were able to price match and beat the competitors price and I was able to get tires on the same day. I made an appointment online and was in and out with a new set of tires in less than 30 minutes. They were very through and explained all of the benefits I would get with the life of the tire. They made the whole process very easy. I would recommend them to anyone, and already have.

Zachariah and Josh are very knowledgeable and easy to deal with…Super polite and was in and out fast with no issues! Great job Gents!

My experience at Discount Tire at 4604 Highway 280 was a pleasant one. I was greeted immediately and was treated professionally. I told the service tech exactly what I needed and he inspected my tires and wipers. He then quoted me a very reasonable price. I accepted the terms and he gave me an expected wait time. My car was service and returned in a much sooner time than expected. I don't think I could have gotten better service and treatment anywhere else.

I love I did on line appointment and purchased and s/w representative before purchasing

This location has been my only tire retailer since I moved to Alabama. The staff is helpful and professional. They also undercut any competitors lower price.

Excellent experience. Will come here repeatedly for tires and services.

Disappointed! I had my R&B tire rotation several weeks ago. All of a sudden I had 4 TPS sensors go bad. STRANGE! I have doubts if I will continue using DT in the future. May have to return to Pep Boys. No idea if the technicians have a training problem but I should never have the many TPS sensors go bad after a R&B. Very disappointed. Also having to write so many characters in this reply is senseless too.

I purchased KO3 BF Goodrich tires. Only 1 of 4 tires could be balanced since purchase. Joshua replaced the 3 defective tires due to manufacturer defects. The new tires are balanced and running smooth. It's only been the weekend but no shaking or vibration thus far. Miles will tell if that holds up. Regardless, Joshua and team really came through for me. Thanks

Always a great experience!
