My experience at Discount Tire at 4604 Highway 280 was a pleasant one. I was greeted immediately and was treated professionally. I told the service tech exactly what I needed and he inspected my tires and wipers. He then quoted me a very reasonable price. I accepted the terms and he gave me an expected wait time. My car was service and returned in a much sooner time than expected. I don't think I could have gotten better service and treatment anywhere else.

This location has been my only tire retailer since I moved to Alabama. The staff is helpful and professional. They also undercut any competitors lower price.

I purchased KO3 BF Goodrich tires. Only 1 of 4 tires could be balanced since purchase. Joshua replaced the 3 defective tires due to manufacturer defects. The new tires are balanced and running smooth. It's only been the weekend but no shaking or vibration thus far. Miles will tell if that holds up. Regardless, Joshua and team really came through for me. Thanks

Very courteous and professional staff.

This experience was good except I had an appointment at 9 & car wasn’t taken in till. 9:50. Rotation of tires & checkout was quick . Everyone was nice , store & restroom were clean . Complementary coffee & cold water also worked good. Yes, I would recommend !
