New Tires and Wheel Store in Madison, AL 35758

I originally went to another tire store that was closer to my office. They couldn't the tires I wanted for 2-3 weeks. So, I went online and found that Discount Tire could get them in 2 days. I had used this store before and was very satisfied with them. I ordered them and set up an appointment to get them installed. Got an email the next day that they had come in. My appointment was not until the following day. I gave them a call and they were able to get them put on a day early. My wife had to travel out of town and could now take her car. Thanks Discount Tire I now have a happy life since I have a happy wife! I can use all the help I can get!

I was surprised there was no coffee service. When I asked how many sets of tires were installed per day, the employee said, "Over seventy per day." I thought that was enough that a coffee service would be beneficial for the business ... something like a K-cup, self-service stand.

They give realistic times that your work will take and actually usually are done even before that. They are very professional. I will continue to use them for all my tire needs.

10/10 recommend this store. Great prices, staff is polite, professional and knowledgable. Very 'honest' vibes. Guys in the garage got old tires off and new ones mounted and balanced and back on my car in no time. I always get nervous going somewhere to have my car worked on, but not here. I will recommend DT Madison to everyone. Thank you all very much!
