I always purchase and schedule an appointment and it saves a lot of time. I recently had 4 new tires installed on my truck. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. I’ve used Discount Tire for all of my tire purchases for the last several years and have been very satisfied.

Alexander was Professional and Friendly and answered all my questions. Give that man a raise :) And the Redheaded dude that installed my tires was cool and friendly and did an Awesome Job (Give that dude a raise as well) :) I buy my Tires and Rims for my Corvette Exclusively From Discount Tire and the Jonesboro, Arkansas Shop is my go to for installation. Excellent prices. Excellent customer service. If your tire isn't in stock, they can get it overnighted, or at least two days and then you're in and out with new tires in almost no downtime. Highly recommend and will continue to be a returning customer!

Buying tires is typically stressful! It’s a lot of money and never good timing; the last thing you need is high pressure scare tactics to upsell. There’s none of that going on here! They work with your budget, provide the facts, and let the customer decide. Pricing is clear and up front. Customer service and support are excellent. Staff is trained to be very professional. Who knew buying tires could be a nice experience?! Recommended!
