From the moment I walk into the store the employees are very attentive. They are very prompt with service and very pleasant at the end when they are going over everything that was done. I have been a Discount customer for many years and love the warranty policy and the service. Will not go anywhere else unless it’s an emergency where there isn’t a Discount nearby or are closed,

This is the best Discount Tire Location. I got a free air check within five minutes. Both the guys that helped me were friendly and efficient.

The store manager on duty on 9/28 helped get the issues taken care of with our vehicles TPMS system. Great service and the troubleshooting and repair were completed within ~2 hours. We will definitely be coming back to this store. We have had repeated excellent service and pricing each time. The salespeople do not try to push selling the highest priced tires. They offer several options and help identify what products will meet our needs.

The store this time had young trainees doing my tire change one in particular really struggled and should have had more supervision. Overall good but the young tech was a concern on the possibility of damaging my rims but thankfully he did not.

The Chandler, Arizona Discount Tire location provided excellent customer service. I purchased four tires from the online process for this location. I was greeted and assisted by Justin, and several other employees working there during the process …. thank you for their professionalism and support. Very friendly staff. Discount Tire is my go-to for tires and this store location is my go-to location for any and all tire-related issues. I've never had a bad experience at this location and all of the staff are friendly and willing to do the extra mile.
