Good service

I was met on the driveway by Tristan before I even got out of my car. Twenty minutes later I drove away with a new tire to replace a blowout. I will never buy tires anywhere else.

My wife and I are planning a road trip and were concerned about the condition of our car's tires. As Discount Tire is the only tire store we use we stopped in to have the tires inspected. Awsten inspected the tires, and as we thought needed replacements. We were given several choices, educated about each tire, and made our choice. No pressure at all to sell us the most expensive tires. Awsten listened to our concerns and allowed us to make our choice. Again, no pressure. Our tires were in stock and in less than an hour we were on our way home. Discount Tire is the only tire store I use. I strayed once but never again. Thank you Cottonwood Discount Tire and thank you Awsten.

Random employee caught looking through my vehicle before I checked in!!! Employees don’t fill tires when low pressure lights on, didn’t reset tire position after rotation.

Now that Discount Tire is going to be offering front-end alignments, I can't see myself going anywhere else.
