Excellent service and price

Fast service in the cramped facility during a very busy time. We brought in a 5th wheeler for replacement of 3 tires and the team staged us in an area that was the best place to perform the service. Thanks again for your help! We were back on the road in little over an hour. I would highly recommend this store.

I put new tires on my Tahoe at the 99th Ave store Avondale and brought it back to the 1230 S Milton Rd Flagstaff Az for rebalancing. I also brought to the attention of store manager Ron Stutzman that the on the original new tire installation my rims were scratched and gouged in some areas. Ron and his team evaluated the condition of the rims and rebalanced problem. Ron indicated that the rim damage and rebalancing should not of occurred. He called his wheel supplier and had new rims installed in less than 2-days and rectified balance problems. I commend Ron and his team for above and beyond customer service and would highly recommend this store. Lee H

Flat repair. Took 1.5 hours longer than quoted. Installed tire on the wheel with the white letters out, instead of black-out. Disappointing.

I have made Discount Tire my go-to tire store for several years now. This visit was because I experience tire road damage (puncture) while traveling back home and had an emergency repair. This store employees handled my tire emergency with a caring and understanding attitude and made sure I was back on the road in a short period of time. Considering it was a Holiday weekend and late on Friday night, I was extremely gratified with the service that I received from this Flagstaff Discount Tire.
