I have only dealt with Ruben at this discount tire location. What I can say regarding him is he is very knowledgeable when it comes to tires and what works best for your vehicle. He explains everything really well. Answers any additional questions you have. But he also asks additional questions to make sure he can get you the best option possible

Just was inconvenienced. Ordered 4 tires and only 3 came in. No phone call saying that. Live out of town and was planning a trip. I know it wasn't the associates fault, but a phone call saving a 138 mile round trip would have been nice.
