I’ve gone to this location a few times absolutely love the the staff and how fast they are every time thank you so much. Took less than an hr of my day

Great service here at this location! The store is clean, the wait times are short and the staff are super courteous and knowledgeable! Not only did I get in ahead of my appointment time, they fixed my tire issue in less than 40 minutes. Sadly, they didn't have my tire in stock, so they gave me a "loaner" tire and said they would have my new tire the next day. They called me about 24 hours later and said the tire was at the store and asked what a good time was for me to come in for fixing my wheel. Long story short, I went back into the store after the phone call and they got me up and running in under 30 minutes. I was blown away at the speed of their service, such a great experience!

The team at this location exemplifies what good customer service is. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and courtesy can be felt be the entire experience. Gabe and Jacob are truly a joy to do business with. Tires are not an expected expense and I must say I had no problem paying for such a wonderful experience. Great job Discount Tire Team!

Some of their employees try to misrepresnt the condition of your tires when you come back for service..had one employee tell me that the steel belts were protruding from tire when they were not..had to go to management to take care of problem ..be careful with what some employees tell you if in doubt get second opinion from corporate or other vendors..I keep going to discount tires because there prices are usually Fair...

Had an appointment for 10:45am for simple tire rotation. My car was not put in the bay for service till an hour later. Doesn’t make any sense to make an online appointment when you have to wait an extra hour for service.

Everything was great, except for some reason on the app and the website it says my appointment was "canceled" even though I had my tire fixed and put back on my car. For my records, I like keeping accurate information, and I am a bit disappointed that there is no record that I can find that my tire was repaired, other than my invoice. I have had a Discount Tire account and app for many years, over 15 at least for my account.
