Fast, clean, and employees very friendly
The fact that Discount Tire are located in other states - in California) where my granddaughter is.
Top-notch customer service and integrity, very much appreciated it!
Edgar was great. He was warm and kind and understood my needs. I felt very well taken care of.
Very busy store but excellent service and friendly employees.
Was Fast and Easy... no issues.
I had to wait an extra twenty minutes because the intake person wrote, without asking, if I would be waiting in the store. Which I was, but he notated that I was not. Then when my tire pressure icon wouldn’t disappear, I was told it would go away after ten to fifteen miles. It has been fifty miles and the icon is still lit, which makes me wonder if they even checked the air pressure. Very disappointed, because there has never been glitches like this in over a decade of service.
The sales person that helped me was totally awesome!!!
