Again! It was Mr. Rupert! He even remembered my name an hour after assisting me. I find this remarkable, seeing he had assisted at least 10 customers after our encounter.

Polite staff, great attitude and highly professional. We talked about tires and the staff were knowledgeable, happy to work with me, and as a result I would not hesitate to recommend this particular store. The work was performed efficiently (so only a short wait) and after a walk-around inspection at home I could find no issues or complaints. So this was a 100% satisfactory experience that somehow brightened my day (yes, a strange thing to say!). I've never had a negative experience at a Discount Tire stores, but this visit was outstanding.

I had scheduled an appointment to get a flat fixed and Due to the condition that my tires were in, they were refusing to fix it. However, they were trying to give me a full set of free tires, and I told them no. One of the salesman basically told me that I didn’t know anything about tires! And yes, I am a woman! I have never once felt so angry at a man for basically calling me dumb. And yes, since they refuse service, I want somewhere else, and they fix my tire in less than 10 minutes.
