Well, I made an appointment online. When I got there, they greeted me right in the parking lot and were eager to help me. I had a nail in my tire. I usually go to Firestone, but they said my tire was fine even though it was losing air. I was gonna go back there, but then my neighbor said to go in to discount tire I was hesitant cause I thought I’d be waiting forever, but that wasn’t so I made the appointment and they had my tire fixed in less than 15 minutes and they did not charge me which was amazing because I did not buy that tire there. I bought the car and the tires were on the car when I bought it. I think when I need tires, I will get them at discount instead of Firestone as I did in the past.

Upon inspection of my low tires Blake and discovers a piece of metal in one of my tires. Immediately I pulled it around and Parker came out to inspect and my SUV was in the stall in no time. Plugged and patched. I also needed to have my spare replaced upon inspection. It was ordered and I have an appointment next month for the spare and rotation. I love Discount tire, and all of the committed employees they have on staff. I have been a loyal customer for over 22 years. Thank you again for your gratifying and courteous service day after day!!

Great store! No issues

I get all my tires from Discount. They treated me with respect even though I am a senior citizen & woman.

I was pressured into buying 2 tires instead of just the one. They put the new tires in the rear and didn’t touch the front passenger tire I initially came in for. They refused to put the tires in the front. I was told that they could not repair the front passenger tire that it would need to be replaced however they refused to replace it with the new tire. They ended up patching up the tire after they said they could not repair it. The customer service was terrible they totally lied to me and took advantage of me.

Great service! Was met outside by an employee asking what I needed to have done today. Once inside they were knowledgeable & very efficient. Very pleased with the customer service & price. Great store- will definitely be going back.

Always a good experience with discount

Usually i get great service, went to get 3 tires put on, when i got my car back, one tire had a lot lower air pressure than the others! They didnt even check the pressure in all of them like they ususally do! i will remember this!
