Wiper Blades were not for me i got them back in late august and it rain but they wiped unevenly i will not be purchasing wiper from DT no more. on the tires SUPER Happy the agent help fast and easy and the tires work amazing!

They employees were very friendly. They helped me immediately with my problem. They gave a link to look up my tracking time for my vehicle.

The crew at 407 W Bell Road bust their butts to do a fast efficient job. I highly recommend this shop if you need any kind of tire repair or replacement.

Excellent customer experience from the moment I stepped out of my car.

I have used this particular store numerous times and always had a great experience. However, this last time, the service was horrific. The person I dealt with (name withheld on purpose) REFUSED to repair my tire and claimed federal law prevented the repair (no such law exists). He insisted I buy a new tire. He then tried to claim that all the tires are 6 years old and needed to be replaced IMMEDIATELY. Again, not true. You do need to replace tires that are between 6yrs and 10 yrs so I do have time before replacement is necessary. And to top all of this, he added additional charges to my purchase. Charges that I have NEVER approved of previously. So not only did he flat out lie about being able to fix the tire, he added additional charges. HORRIBLE experience. In all fairness, one bad service tech experience shouldn't taint an entire store. The store manager did call to apologize and work with me to make things right. (re-assigning the service tech would be a great start).

The staff at 407 W Bell are friendly, courteous and professional. The did a great job with my tires and finished significantly earlier than anticipated. Nolan was exceptional in reviewing tire options with me.
