I did not like the fact that they added a $250+ charge for "certificates for refund, replacement" with out my approval or consent. Shady business tactic in my opinion. They also mounted my spare upside down under my pick up, so the metal bracket was against the finished side of the wheel, scratching it. One of the sales staff was excellent, the other, not so much.

I bought a new set of tires on 9/26. On 9/27 I received a flat tire which was covered under warranty. However I was given a different tire which was also a cheaper tire. I was not aware of the price change until after the change was done. I drive an AWD vehicle which is a concern to me but I was told it would take an unknown amount of time to get the correct tire which pressured me to take the mismatched tire. In addition, all my OEM valve stem caps were missing. Original since brand new in 2005 on the vehicle.
