Everything went well, except for the other Maureen I saw the tire pressure monitor system check sign, I went back to the store and they fixed it within a few minutes, the only thing that I had to wait in the line for that. The prices were good, everyone was friendly, overall I’m happy about the visit, would be a little better if I didn’t have to come once again to fix the sign because they put too much air in a tire, but again it was resolved fast so it happens

I’ve been a customer for decades and always recommend Discount Tire. Something has changed. I asked the salesperson to please put one of the old Michelins I was replacing on the spare. When I returned after getting a text that the vehicle was ready they gave me a surprise. My spare assembly couldn’t be lowered and I would have to take it to a mechanic since they have no tools. When I arrived at our vacation I thought I would give it a try. Well, with the tools that came with the Suburban the spare came right down and back up. Nobody likes to be lied to. You have lost a long time customer. I’m just happy I didn’t take it to my mechanic as suggested. How embarrassing.

This was the 2nd tire in set of 4 tires that had belt separation. I buy least expensive tires cause I don't put that many miles on vehicle per year and tires age out even if tread is left. I had purchased replacement certificates so when the tires failed I got new tires. However, I had to purchase an additional certificate each time a tire was replaced. Original new tire certificate plus an additional certificate for replacement tire ended up being a total cost of 50% of a new tire. I would think that the original purchase certificate would carry over to a defective replacement tire.
