I'm going to sound like a weirdo but I brought my lunch and a book. I figured 2 hours I could get some ME time. I booked the appointment online. Can in about 25 minutes early. They were finished in about 30 minutes! I didn't get to finish my lunch and only read a couple pages. Forced me to go back to doing mom thing TOO FAST.... hahaha....THANK YOU! Book appointments online if you have a right schedule.

Made an appointment and got checked it quick considering it was a busy day for the staff and still maintained great customer service skills through a busy day, only negative I can say is after I drove a few block away from the store I checked my lug nuts (out of habit) and one of the lug was not even hand tight, so I double checked all of them and were good except for one. But still great experience and a great team!

I have been a customer of the Sierra Vista Discount Tire store for over 30 years. I have never had a problem of any kind and always welcomed by a professional and knowledgeable employee. They have a great selection of tires and wheels at great prices. I have and will highly recommend this store for any tire needs.

Will highly recommend the store in Sierra Vista. Was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who took care of me right away. Went in for a tire rotation and was in there less than 30 min. I highly recommend for people to make their appointments online for quicker service.

Great place to get tires very professional sales people and awesome warranty policy! Boys in back are good although could use a little polish on their customer relations they are very fast and from what i have experienced know what they are doing. Great place to purchase tires and thier warranty cant be matched!
