I had a slow leak causing concern. I pulled in around 4 pm and asked about help. The associate found a nail and said they could get me in within the next hour. I stayed and the did the work, plus checked all my tires and adjusted the air pressure. Very high Say/Do ratio. Well done!

Service was outstanding! I was referred to one of the store managers named Robert by my trusted mechanic shop. Robert was extremely helpful and took great care of me. I will continue coming back to Discount Tire because of the outstanding customer service.

Patrick helped me when I came for some air check and new blades. He was very helpful and took care of my needs. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I came to this location before , however , I was disappointed before as the employees were very pushy and not personable. The store is lucky to have this employee and I wish everyone would be as kind.

Always accommodating with fast, friendly service on 5 vehicles in our family. Very reasonable on providing warranty credit towards new replacement tires.

Not to thrilled about how you all just grab a vehicles wiper blades without asking first if a customer has already replaced the wiper blades instead of just jerking on new ones. Ask first next time. Mine were new by two days . Other than that I was please with the service on the tires.
