The only complaint is that I requested the other tires checked for air and I found out it was not done. I requested it because I was taking a trip to Winslow on the weekend. Consequently my 2 front tires were down 5 pounds all the way home. In the Future I will double check. I have been a faithful customer of yours for 4 years.

I’m always treated professionally at your store, and the employees seem to enjoy their jobs. I don’t feel that I’m being pressured to buy something I don’t need, and again, I appreciate that. My Dad always liked your company, and I agree with his sentiment. Thank you for the excellent service.

From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I got the best deal for what I needed, and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Service was quick, honest, and efficient—something that’s hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of the outstanding customer service Andrew provided. Highly recommend asking for him if you stop by!

Excellent management and service

I arrived 15 minutes early for my online appointment. It took 15+ minutes to be waited on. I was told my service would be completed by 4:10 p.m. I came back to the store at 4:10 p.m. to find my truck still in the parking spot where I left, service had not even begun. They didn't begin my service until I brought it up with staff. One of the excuses was they were short staffed, which they knew when I arrived, yet they still gave me that completion time when they knew they couldn't be done by then. Just be honest and tell me when my truck will actually be ready instead of the deceit you gave me. FYI: I've used Discount Tire on all my vehicles for 30+ years. I'm hoping this was an isolated incident.
