New Tires and Wheel Store in Tolleson, AZ 85353

My father came to this location as we have in the past to patch a tire. He was then told he had to wait several hours to patch it. After waiting several hours he was told that they could not patch the tire and was held hostage being told that he could not leave until he purchased a new tire due to store policy and safety. He was then Sold a tire that was way to big for his car while all the customer service techs where laughing at him was told he couldn’t drive it in the at high speeds cause it was a used tire that was way to big for his car. This is ridiculous way for my father to be treated especially after so many years of having ours tires being purchased at this location. I’m hoping to get a call from someone who actually cares to solve this type of discrimination.

Not a great experience, went to get a rotation. Balance, and was sold an alignment. I now have a vibration, the car pulls to the right, and I had to add air to the tires the next day due to a low tire pressure warning. Before I went, the car steered straight, and didn't have a vibration.

I had a poor encounter with another big box that also sells tires about 4 miles up the road so I decided to start taking my business to Discount. Love their no BS Road Hazard warranty offered as an option to give you piece of mind while driving on these terribly maintained roads around the PHX Central to West regions. In the last 3-4 months, I have bought new sets for 2 of my family’s cars. The 0%APR promos also set them apart from the competition that doesn’t offer it. Plus, Discount gives you more options for budget friendly tires. Others only offer the top more expensive ones making it a little less accessible for some of us.

Been going here for two years and they always help out on the best ways possible… friendly services, and quick times with the amount of customers they receive daily…. Thx for the new Yokohama tires ^-^
